Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)

Designed for 4 to 6 individuals, SGPT provides a hybrid experience that combines the focused attention of 1-1 personal training with the camaraderie of group classes.
While not as comprehensive as 1-1 coaching, SGPT offers tailored programming and guidance to help you achieve your fitness goals alongside others. With smaller groups compared to traditional classes of 8 to 15 participants, SGPT ensures you receive more individual attention in a dynamic and supportive setting
